The Benevolent Empire

In their nature the Chaldeans are anti-war and indeed they seldom waged a war on others. But once anybody dared to invade their land, the Chaldeans would by no means save their energy to fight against the aggression. It was a tradition held in great honor among the Chaldeans.
The ever-growing wealth and fame of Chaldea brought many tribes to join the expanding empire voluntarily, in a hope that they could take a share of the wealth and technology of the empire. Ashur doubtlessly became the center and the Chaldeans occupied various professions as trader, thinker and administrators of the empire that had never been seen before. The empire included the homelands of the orcs and the mahirim in its map. Before been conquered, these tribes mounted hundreds of raids into Chaldean, showing the cruel and belligerent nature of their minds and as a result, arousing the wrath of the mild yet powerful empire.
The alfar was another warlike clan and favored every kind of raid. Eventually Ashur declared their war of defense and they win notable victory on the plains of Moldar, howerver, in the hidden stronghold of Nagast the empleror's armies were frustrated. At last, the Chaldeans had to seek security on the disorderly land of the alfar.
